ministry BOOKING INFORMATION:
The following information is
provided for your convenience based upon the most asked
questions we receive and our ministry preferences.
Financial information:
We simply request a love offering be received during each
service and in addition to the love offering that our
expenses for travel be reimbursed (it is
understood that most conferences are honorariums).
Travel
Reimbursement information: For 2010, the
current standard mileage rate for the cost of operating your
car for business use is .50 cents per mile allowed by
I.R.S. here's the link:
IRS (effective January 2010).
For your convenience, you will be provided a note at the
time of the meeting with mileage and amount based on the
above.
Rooming
information:
Due to our ministry
integrity protection commitment, evangelist Deese is
unable stay in a home. Evangelist D. D.'s personal preference is
Hampton Inn. Our ministry will be more than glad to secure
housing (with AAA discount) and simply let you reimburse us
on the day of our arrival or before. We will give you a copy
of the bill. It is fine for the evangelist to drive
long distances (even up to an hour) for a hotel.
